General Assembly's Product Management course will allow you to understand your users and analyse the market to build a product that is both desirable and viable, create a roadmap and effectively manage communication with all stakeholders, and develop metrics to measure your success and make tough decisions.
This course is ideal for newcomers to the product management space who may have some prior experience with project management, marketing or IT management in other channels but who would like to formalise their knowledge and consolidate their skills.

- Testing, Validating and Building Products: User Research: Developing the Voice of the Customer; Wireframing, Storyboarding and Usability Testing; Testing and Validating Product Idea; Creating and Translating Product Features; Workshop: MVPs, Wireframing and Storyboarding
- Ongoing Product Management: Financial Modelling for Product Managers; Building and Managing a Product Roadmap; Metrics and Measurement
- Working with Stakeholders: Communicating with Stakeholders; Technology for Product Managers; Creating a Product Spec; Presenting and Pitching Your Product to Different Audiences
After completing this course, graduates will be able to apply for roles as a product manager across a range of different industries and organisations.
