Lean Six Sigma is a managerial concept combining Lean and Six Sigma that results in the elimination of the eight kinds of wastes. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provides the skills necessary to facilitate successful business process improvement and list performance to work productively and deliver business outcomes and return on investment.
The Green Belt program equips participants with skills in organisational change and how to develop a team of people to carry out these changes.
Upon satisfactory completion of the program, meeting the pass mark in the assessments, and completing a workplace project you will receive a Green Belt certificate. This is a highly recognisable qualification amongst Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
