The Diploma of Digital Media Technologies (ICA50911) is a course designed for students who want to gain skills to design, develop and refine digital media technologies as an independent ICT specialist or as part of a team.
Students may already have a background in graphic design and/or web development who wish to further develop their programming skills or want to specialise in programming.
The Diploma of Digital Media Technologies is a course designed for students who want to work in new and emerging digital media technology areas, such as online, and interactive design and development, and with tools and equipment, such as software, Web 2 tools, technologies and mobile devices.
Upon successful completion of the Diploma of Digital Media Technologies, graduates can apply for roles such as:
- Digital Media Designer
- Digital Media Developer/Engineer
- Digital Media Authoring Specialist
- Digital Media Producer

- Meet any specified course entry requirements; AND
- Provide a copy of your year 12 certificate or equivalent; OR
- Achieve and Exit level 3 score with the Australian Core Skills Frame work assessments

Course duration is dependent on study mode.
Online students will have the benefit of self-paced part-time study with students to complete the course within 60 weeks.
Students wishing to study via classroom delivery must study full-time and will complete this qualification in 30 weeks.
