ATTC designs and delivers specialist courses for educational institutions and Ministries of Education around the world.
Develop your career
ATTC CELTA graduates have excellent teaching opportunities and employment pathways around the world. If you are interested in further study, you can take a related ATTC course and can also transfer credit from your CELTA to related post-graduate degrees at leading Australian universities.

We offer CELTA in our Sydney campus. Our training centre is located centrally and our premises are equipped with comfortable classrooms, computer/resource centres and student common areas.

International teaching opportunities
Unlike some unaccredited courses which guarantee a job in specific schools, the CELTA qualification is not linked to a limited number of employers or institutions. Holding the CELTA enables you to choose a teaching position with a reputable employer in a country of your choice. ATTC is a leader in the field of TESOL Training and, as the longest established CELTA centre in Australia, many language schools from around the world recruit teachers directly from our programs.
We provide support for you in the following ways:
- The CELTA course includes a job workshop which gives practical advice and information on all aspects of finding a teaching position in the country of your choice.
- Tutors and specialist ATTC staff are available for individual counselling and advice.
- We send you regular Job Club bulletins with details of positions available with our partner schools and other institutions around the world.
Teaching opportunities in Australia
The National ELICOS Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) http://www.neas.org.au which accredits English language programs and institutions and sets national standards for teacher qualifications, recognises CELTA as meeting the requirements for English language teachers of overseas students of English.
ATTC is the training division of Navitas English, the largest private provider of English language training in Australia. Navitas English campuses in Sydney (Bondi Junction, City and Manly), Perth, Cairns, Darwin and Brisbane regularly recruit teachers directly from our CELTA training courses.
