Michelle Khoury (Operations)
Michelle works in educational administration and is a Chief Invigilator for the NSW Board of Studies. Michelle has extensive networks with teachers in all levels of Australian education.

Ruth Ferraro (Programming)
Ruth has over 20 years’ experience as a teacher and manager in education and is a qualified English language teacher.
Ruth’s qualifications include:
•  Graduate Certificate of TESOL (UTS) and Diploma of Teaching in TESOL (University of Sydney CAE)
•  Master of Adult Education and Training (UTS 1999)
•  Master of Business (UTS 2005)
•  Diploma of Workplace Assessment and Training
