A foundation project management training course

If you’re working in project support roles or have some project management experience, this project management training course provides an excellent grounding in the formal project management methods and frameworks you need for effective project delivery.

Having completed the comprehensive three and a half day course, you’ll have the background, practical skills and confidence that can be applied to managing your next project successfully.

The program includes case studies, real-life scenarios, some pre-course preparation and an examination. It is followed by the PRINCE2® Practitioners Course.
