If you have completed the Applied Project Management course, are responsible for significant projects and are looking to take your skills to a new level, the Diploma of Project Management Workshop is for you.

Covering project leadership, trouble shooting, problem-solving, getting projects back on track, project integration, project governance and portfolio management, this is an advanced and comprehensive program.

In addition to the three day Applied Project Management program the diploma comprises a presentation and analysis of your personal involvement in project management in your workplace, and the development and submission of your project portfolio after the workshop.
