Would you like to know how to get the most out of that new digital camera?

The Cengage Education Digital Photography course is an ideal starting point for those who’ve made the move to digital and who’d like to understand basic digital concepts and techniques. You’ll learn how to transfer photos from your camera to your computer, and gain an introduction to digital printing techniques.

The Digital Photography course teaches the basic concepts of digital photography. It covers the principles for selecting a digital camera and how to take a good picture, as well as how to transfer the image from a digital camera to a computer. The course also covers scanners and image editing software. Organizing and archiving images and using online photo services are also topics included. This course will cover digital printing. It will include defining digital printing, understanding the resources you need for digital printing, choosing a printer, understanding print quality, paper, ink, and printer speed, planning for a digital print, and configuring the print job.
