Description

In this course, you will explore how to approach Cisco internetworking problems with a systematic, well documented troubleshooting methodology that references the OSI model. You will also examine the functions and use of various diagnostic tools, including CCO, cable testers, protocol analyzers, management applications, and diagnostic commands such as ping, trace, show, and debug. You will also explore how to troubleshoot problems specific to Cisco Catalyst switches, Frame Relay, and ISDN BRI.

Objectives
