Certificate IV TESOL

ATTC’s nationally accredited Certificate IV TESOL(40540SA) course provides a qualification for teaching English in Australia and overseas. This course provides an intensive introduction to language teaching principles, approaches and methodology. It focuses on teaching English to adults.

CELTA

Teaching opportunities in Australia

The National ELICOS Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) http://www.neas.org.au which accredits English language programs and institutions and sets national standards for teacher qualifications, recognises CELTA as meeting the requirements for English language teachers of overseas students of English.

University of Cambridge ESOL CELTA

The University of Cambridge ESOL CELTA is an internationally recognised qualification. The CELTA course is an ideal option if you want to teach overseas students in Australia or if you want to travel the world teaching English. It is taken by people of all ages – many of whom are looking for a lifestyle or career change.
The course is intended for people without previous teaching experience who wish to enter the profession of English language teaching to adults. It is also appropriate for you if you have some experience teaching English as a foreign language (EFL), but have no formal qualification or training. CELTA is often taken by teachers from other fields who are interested in teaching adult learners.
