course overview

The Master of Leadership and Management (Policing) examines national and international policing and related regulatory professions in the context of its theoretical, conceptual and empirical foundations.

The Graduate Diploma of Leadership and Management (Policing) award enhances practitioners' leadership and management skills and knowledge by encouraging reflection on the changing policing and regulatory professional environment through a focus on corporate governance, organisational change and policy and practice issues.

The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management (Policing) award provides a pragmatic and comprehensive understanding of the practical challenges of leadership and management in complex contemporary policing and regulatory professional environments.

Credit and articulation

The Master award, the Graduate Diploma and the Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower level course.
