Pre-program Preparation
The program is supported by the AGSM Executive Programs e-learning platform. You will be asked to prepare an ‘Organisational Challenge’ that you would like to work on during the program. You will also be required to complete relevant pre-reading.
Learning Approach
This program takes a very applied and experiential approach to enabling innovation in organisations. Exploring both traditional approaches to strategy and the more creative alternatives, you will step through a process of applying creative thinking to your own business challenges, screening and communicating the best options, and preparing for implementation.

Saul Brown - Program Director
Saul Brown is a consultant, coach, writer and educator who works with leaders and teams to help them unlock their creative potential.
He has a double masters degree in business and organisation behaviour, is an adjunct lecturer at two leading Australian business schools, and is currently completing a research project on “coaching creativity and collaboration for innovation”. Saul has been on the Contempo Board of the Art Gallery of NSW and regularly works in collaboration with designers and artists to bring creativity to the work place.
Craig Tapper - Program Presenter
Craig is an adjunct lecturer in post-graduate programs in strategy, business planning, marketing, human resources management, organisational sustainability and project management at the University of NSW, AGSM MBA programs, RMIT, the University of Sydney, UTS, and Finsia, Australasia’s finance sector peak-body. In addition Craig has been a Visiting Professor on the International Management Program at IESEG in Lille, one of France’s leading business schools, since 2006.
