Formal training certification for trainers and educators
Are you responsible for training and assessment in your organisation? This important training certification will teach you the basics of workplace training.
It covers the principles and techniques associated with adult vocational learning, the design of learning and training experiences, and the planning and delivery of appropriate and valid assessment.
This qualification is an essential prerequisite for those intending to deliver and assess nationally-accredited training programs and highly desirable for trainers and educators involved in any form of adult instruction.
Qualification Structure
The qualification requires a mix of four programs, with an option based on your level of experience. It requires the successful completion of 14 units of competency as follows:
