Course Overview

A safe workplace is of vital importance to any organisation. Legal compliance requirements as well as economic factors lead to increased productivity.

This program includes a review of the key duty of care responsibilities of team leaders and their organisations under Occupational Health and Safety guidelines. The course provides an overview of OHS systems and practical tools for identifying hazards, assessing risks and identifying risk control measures.

The program explores ways to encourage team members to promote a safer work environment and take greater responsibility for work safety.
