Vehicle Mounted Crane - Licence Testing provides on-site licence testing to enable operators to receive an VWA Vehicle Mounted Crane operators licence.

Duration And Trainer/Client Ratio

Minimum of two (2) hours.

Entry Requirements/Designed For

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide documentary evidence of prior experience using a Vehicle Mounted Crane (eg. Log Book). The test is conducted using a Vehicle Mounted Crane provided by the participant's employer. The crane must meet VWA requirements.

Designed for experienced operators of Vehicle Mounted Crane who need to obtain the VWA operators licence. It is assumed that candidates for the test have received training and have read the regulations governing the use of vehicle mounted cranes.

Content

The test for the Vehicle Mounted Crane operator's licence includes a theory examination and a practical examination. A minimum mark of 80% is required in the theory examination.

Additional VWA licensing fees as per scale apply.

The price excludes travel and accommodation expenses where required.
