Train Small Groups / Train the Trainer

The Course At A Glance

Train Small Groups is designed for employees who are required to plan, deliver and review training to individual and small groups of trainees. Trainees successfully completing this course will receive a Statement of Attainment for this unit, which provides a credit towards the nationally recognised qualification, BSZ40198, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Entry Requirements/Designed For

Participants must have industry expertise for the area in which they will be delivering workplace training.

This course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to deliver workplace training to small groups.

Assessment / Certification

A variety of assessment methods are used during the course including practical exercises, written exercises, presentations and demonstrations.

After the required standard of competence has been achieved a Statement of Attainment certificate will be issued for the unit of competence BSZ404A-DE, Train Small Groups, taken from the training Package BSZ98, Assessment and Workplace Training.

Recognition of prior learning is available.

Cost

The cost of this course is $3,175.00 for a group of up to 8 participants.

Travel, meals and accommodation will be charged at cost, if applicable.
