Course Overview

Generic Knowledge is suitable for people working in the financial services industry who require generic knowledge in relation to industry, regulatory and organisation requirements.

Generic Knowledge can be taken as an individual course or combined with courses such as insurance, superannuation, investment, derivatives and foreign exchange to qualify you to provide general advice in relation to these specialist knowledge areas.

Successful completion of this course provides a credit towards the nationally recognised qualification of the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) (Classroom - DFS-C or Distance - DFS-O).
