General Safety Induction Blue Card (QLD)

Course Overview

This is an induction course designed as a preparatory program prior to commencement of construction work in compliance with the requirements of the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995.

The course includes basic Risk Management concepts, Safe Work Practices and Workplace Health and Safety legislation and Common Law.

This is competency-based unit and you are allowed three (3) attempts at assessment.

Please Note:  Due to current legislation changes the QLD Blue Card is now recognised as proof of general health and safety induction training for construction work in NSW and VIC. Alternatively, if you currently hold a valid NSW Green/White Card or VIC Red Card, these are now recognised in NSW.
