Forklift Operator - Assessment and Correction (experienced operators) is designed to assess the skills, knowledge and attitude of experienced forklift operators, reinforce and strengthen positive aspects of performance, identify weaknesses and deficiencies in performance and correct these weaknesses and deficiencies.

All participants must hold current forklift operator licences.
The course is designed to refresh the skills and knowledge of existing forklift operators to ensure that these operators meet the minimum standard of competence required by regulatory authorities. This course will assist companies in meeting their OH&S obligation to ensure that employees are adequately trained for the work they perform.
Participants performance is assessed at the start of the course, with each area of performance rated by our trainer. The trainees are assessed again at the end of the course with improvements noted.
A report is prepared highlighting results of pre and post training assessments, with recommendations for on the job follow-up noted. A copy of this report is given to the trainee and his/her employer
The content of each course is varied according to the training need identified during the initial performance assessment and after discussion with the trainees’ company. The content of the course will touch on the following areas with focus given to those areas requiring improvement.
