Certificate III Road Transport Traineeship (B Double) provides participants with the accreditation of a nationally recognised qualification signifying competence in the relevant skills and knowledge needed for success in the Road Transport Industry.
Over a maximum of 2 years of on-the-job training and assessment, this traineeship is delivered predominately on the job.
This traineeship is designed for existing workers and new entrants to the Road Transport Industry required to drive a B Double vehicle. Training and assessment is usually delivered on the job.
Participants must be employed in the Road Transport Industry and must sign a training contract to enrol as a trainee. A New Apprenticeship Centre will assist with advice and the necessary paperwork to establish a traineeship.
On successful completion of the training and assessment requirements, participants will be awarded a nationally recognised qualification:
