  • CVF - Cisco Voice over IP Fundamentals (e-learning pre-requisite for CVOICE)
  • CVOICE - Cisco Voice over IP (4 days)
  • TUC - Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems (5 days)
  • CIPT1 - Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 (5 days)
  • CIPT2 - Cisco IP Telephony Part 2 (3 days)
  • GWGK - Implementing Cisco Voice Gateways & Gatekeepers (5 days)

  • QOS # 642-642 - Implementing Cisco Quality of Service

and

  • CVOICE # 642-432 - Cisco Voice over IP Fundamentals (CVF) & Cisco Voice over IP (CVOICE)

and

  • TUC # 642-426 - Troubleshooting Unified Communications

and

  • CIPT # 642-445 - Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 (CIPT1) & Part 2 (CIPT2)

and

  • GWGK # 642-453 - Implementing Cisco Voice Gateways & Gatekeepers

How to certify

1. Attend the relevant courses and undertake study to prepare for the certification exam of your choice.

To obtain the CCVP certification candidates need to pass all required exams.

2. To book your exams logon to the On-line Prometric testing system www.2test.com - this will minimise your waiting time and provides great service. Alternatively, call Prometric on 1800 800 430. Ensure you have your Prometric ID and credit card or
alternative method of payment available. If you don’t have a Prometric ID you can obtain one when you contact Prometric.
Once you have successfully completed these requirements you will be recognised as a Cisco Certified Voice Professional.
