Module/Unit Purpose

On successful completion of this unit you should have the knowledge and skills required to establish standards for the design and production of organisational design and production of organisational documents and to manage document design and production processes to ensure agreed standards are met. Specifically, you should be able to: establish documentation standards, manage template design and development, develop standard text for documents, develop and implement strategies to ensure the use of standard documentation, develop and implement strategies for maintenance and continuous improvement of standard documentation.
