The essential customer contact qualification

If your role involves dealing with customers face-to-face, on the phone or online, this comprehensive customer contact qualification gives you all the fundamental building blocks you need for a successful career and organisation.

From oral communication, analytical skills and reporting through to interpersonal skills, dealing with complaints and using technology this is an in-depth competency-based qualification. It contains seven core units and six electives that can be chosen to match the specific needs of your role and workplace. Each one or two day unit is a stand-alone program and can be attended in any sequence.

The qualification is designed for managers, team leaders and individuals from all industries who need to identify relevant, accurate information and communicate it appropriately to and from customers.
