Effective Work Plans

Work planning describes a formalised approach to accomplishing the work of an organisation, as well as to managing the people who perform that work. In this course, we will investigate the importance of preparing formal work plans to manage work priorities. We will see that the work plan itself is a written statement that identifies the work to be accomplished in order to successfully achieve individual, team and organisational goals.
