Course summary

This qualification provides students with the automotive underpinning knowledge and mechanical skills to remove, replace and repair defective components or parts of vehicles.

The Certificate level II in Automotive mechanical program offers entry level students real opportunities to access the Automotive Industry. The program is specifically designed to enhance skills and abilities which improve your chance of employment. Access to the Industry may be through Certificate level III traineeships and apprenticeships.

Entry requirements

Year 10 or equivalent (desirable). Target group: Trainees

Satisfactory completion of Year 10 or equivalent
